Mandate:
To empower the youth, represent their interests, and implement programs and projects for their development as mandated by Republic Act No. 10742 (Sangguniang Kabataan Reform Act of 2015).
Vision:
To create a proactive, empowered, and engaged youth community that contributes to the progress of Barangay Kanluran Kabubuhayan.
Mission:
To promote youth participation, leadership, and development through transparent governance and inclusive initiatives.
Objectives:
Foster youth involvement in community development.
Implement sustainable programs in education, sports, and health.
Promote transparency and accountability in SK operations.
